Estisting Orders:
For existing orders please email BriaVCollectionsLLC@gmail.com please include your name and order number. Please allow 24 hours for a response. If emails are sent on the weekend, you will receive a response on Monday. Email us in 1-3 business days of your delivery date if there have been any mistakes (on our part) made to your order. If we are emailed any later than 1-3 business days, we will not be able to resolve the issue.
Processing and Shipping Policy
Processing time takes up to 5 business days. Usually take 3 business days (this time does not include shipping time) Shipping timeframe is ESTIMATED 3-5 business days. (Due to Covid-19 delivery time may be longer, please be patient, we cannot guarantee it will arrive within that time frame). Wholesale orders are required to select WHOLESALE SHIPPING at checkout. If it is not selected you will be sent an inquiry to pay the remaining balance. If we do not receive a response to resolve the issue, we will not send your items out until the issue is resolved. ALL wholesale packages are insured. If you are ordering items that are not wholesale, you may still select wholesale shipping, priority or flat rate shipping w/ insurance if you'd like your package to be insured. Otherwise, it will not be protected/insured.
ALL sales are FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES.
BriaV Collections LLC is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages (please contact USPS if any of these problems occur). If your tracking number states "DELIVERED" and you have NOT received your items, please contact USPS directly in regards to your package.
Incorrect Address
If you have put in an incorrect address please email us IMMEDIATELY. (BriaVCollectionsLLC@gmail.com) If your order has not shipped we will be able to resolve the issues. Once the package has shipped we are unable to edit the address. Refunds are NOT permitted for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Please double check your information at checkout.
